Daniel Charles Engle

Daniel Charles Engle, 39, died at his residence in Waynesboro, VA on Monday, March 30, 2015.
Charlie is survived by his parents:  Patricia and Dave Jordan, Jr. of Baker, WV, and James and Peg Engle of Harrisonburg, VA; his siblings:  David and Marj Engle of Salem, OR;  Michael and Marcia Engle of Harrisonburg, VA; Jesse and Naomi Engle of Wauseon, OH; Karis Engle of Belle Glade, FL; Jon and Amy Engle, and Joseph Engle, all of Harrisonburg, VA; Sarah and Matt Wood, of Charlotte, NC;  Josh Jordan of Baker, WV; Jackie and Kyle Jackson of Ludowici, GA, along with 14 nieces and nephews and a great niece and nephew.  He is also survived by his fiancée, Ashley O’Brien and their son, D’Nathaniel, and Ashley’s parents, James and Donna O’Brien with whom he resided.
“Charlie”/”Dannie” was known for his big heart, his love for the Pittsburgh Steelers, for caring for children, and working in food services.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lindale Mennonite Church, 6255 Jesse Bennett Way, Linville, VA.
