My dad was faithful, loyal and devoted to family. His love was constant and supportive through good times and bad. He was a beacon to his children and will be always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts.

Grandad was an incredible person. He was always welcoming, loved his family, contributed to his community, passed on strong ethics (not to mention good looks), and had very helpful advice on the right way to drink coffee. I've missed him for some time. I love you Grandad.

I met Bob one Sunday morning at First United Methodist Church in Sevierville TN. This particular Sunday was the one Sunday during the year that the Church choir sat in the pews. It was the one Sunday during the year that there was no sermon, but instead, the 1 hour service was set aside for "old time church" hymns to be sung. No list of old time hymns were prepared..rather hymn requests were taken at the pulpit. Bob and I shared a hymnal as we sang Amazing Grace, I Surrender All, In The Garden, Just as I Am, and I Love to Tell the Story. Plus many more. As each request was sung out, Bob and I would say to each other…"Oh this is a good one!" Bob was a very sweet man! He and Lois were our church grandparents and we love them dearly! Bless Bob and Lois and all of their future generations of Brooks! They all serve an awesome God!

Dear sweet family,
I so loved Uncle Bob! He always had a twinkle in his eye and took time to always sit down and talk. I'll always remember our times at Rainbow Lake and the many Christmases in Guymon!

I'm so glad Mark and I were able to visit this summer. We send you our love and prayers! Know that we will be thinking and praying for you all! May you feel God's comforting arms around you. We love you all!
