A few years ago I had the pleasure of working with Mr Groome and his staff to setup a pre-needs trust for one of my uncles. The staff was so kind and reassuring offering suggestions and support as I was making his final arrangements years prior to needing them! I can say from my experience it is much easier to schedule a visit and make prearrangements! When you are in the midst of a sudden or even an expected death, I felt as though A huge weight had been lifted.
Like others, ready to put 2020 in the rear view mirror and January 2021 began with my Grandmother falling. This sent off an unbelievable chain of events.I was now in the position of loosing 2 loved ones within 2 weeks. I can never thank the staff at Charlton and Groome enough ! They helped review policies, make phone calls helping with things so I didn’t have to. I could not have asked for a more accommodating staff in a difficult situation. Thanks you Charlton and Groome!
