Virginia Clark Gill

Virginia Clark Gill, 79, of Waynesboro, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Fishersville, VA.

She was born July 17, 1942 in Virginia to the late Elijah Anderson Clark and the late Mildred Evelyn Roberts Clark.

She retired in 2000 from General Electric after 19 years of service. She loved baking, cake decorating and crocheting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jaqueline Sue Hall Vonnesson.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, David M. Gill; daughter, Wanda Leigh Cullins and her husband, Mark Wesley Cullins; grandchildren, Benjamin Wayne Harris, Mark Wesley Cullins, Jr. and Brittney Skye Cullins; great grandchild, Julius Heline: brothers and sister, Dennie L. Clark, Melvin E. Clark, Janice Clark Tusing and her husband, Jerry Tusing, Wayne H. Clark and Larry R. Clark; Nephews, Wesley David Tusing, Michael Clark and Corey Clark; nieces, Denise Clark, Brandy Burruss, Holly Peck, Heather Drennan, Amanda Morelli and Katrina Wilson and other loving family members.

The family will recieve friends on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 6pm until 8pm at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11am on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
