Rachel Lynn Hale

Rachel Lynn Hale, 39, of Harrisonburg, passed away Friday evening, April 12, 2024 at VCU Health, Richmond.  She was born in Charlottesville on June 2, 1984.

Rachel truly loved nature, her children and her dogs that she called “her girls”. 

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to her fiancé, Curtis Connor, for loving her until the end.

She is survived by her parents, James Jackson and Sandra Jackson, of Stuarts Draft; her daughter, Dakota Forrester of Stuarts Draft; her son, James Cisler of Culpeper; her sister, Rebecca Waggy and husband, Gary of Staunton; her niece, Liana Waggy of Staunton, and, of course, “her girls”. The family would also like to thank Mike and Pam Hale, Andrew Barnes and the late Chris Hale.

A private family memorial service will be held.
