Penny Marie Terrell

Penny Marie Terrell, 57, of Waynesboro, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Sentara RMH. She was born in Waynesboro on February 1, 1966, a daughter of Wayne Elwood and Marjorie Lee (Fisher) Terrell.

Penny graduated from Waynesboro High School. She worked as a store clerk with Kmart for many years. Shopping, cooking, and taking walks were a few of her favorite things, but most importantly, she was a devoted and loving mother to her son, Richard Wayne Freeman, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents; her son; siblings: Tina Marie Reardon (Dean), Eddie Terrell, and Danny Terrell; boyfriend and father of her son, Richard Wayne Freeman, Sr.; special friend, Nina Painter; as well as extended family and friends.

Following cremation, no formal service will be conducted.
