Louise Birdie (Clark) Lenwell, 77, of Fishersville, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at her home. She was born in Fairfield on December 12, 1944, a daughter of the late Mark Jackson and Myrtle (Tyree) Clark.

Louise was a proud member of the Monacan Native American Tribe. She worked as an accountant and legal secretary for many years. She greatly enjoyed bowling, studying her ancestry, and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Delmar Clark.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 34 years, James Dean Lenwell; daughters: LaWanda Mason and husband, Co McMichael and Angela Mason and husband, Michael Dwyer; sons:, Darryl Clark and wife, Tammy, Dennis Mason and wife, Belinda Hamilton, and James Robert Lee Mason, III; sisters, Bernice Critzer and Doris Lawhorne; brother, Raymond Clark; a uncle, Talmage Clark; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
