Family was important to Johnnie, and she was extremely proud of her many nieces and nephews, and their extended families.

She was a long-time member of the Waynesboro Elks Lodge, where she had made many close friends over the years.

Johnnie loved life, especially dancing, painting, singing Karaoke and vacationing at the beach.

Bob, Carol, Kevin and Elaine would like to extend sincere thanks to the following:   Dr. Nicholas Paphitis and the wonderful staff at UVA HOPE Cancer Center, the dedicated caregivers at Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah, members of the Waynesboro Elks lodge, who were like an extended family to her.  Also, a special thank you to her sister Murhl and niece Rhonda for all their love and support during these difficult months.
