John H. "Johnny" Lotts

John H. “Johnny” Lotts, 78 of Waynesboro, passed away, Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Monroe Health and Rehabilitation, Charlottesville.  He was born in Staunton on November 22, 1943, son of the late Maryland H. Lotts and Elizabeth Charlene Smith Lotts Lilly.

John “Johnny” retired from Mohawk after 43 years of service.  He was a member of Arbor Hill Church of the Brethren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy F. Lotts; his brother, Harry E. Lotts; his step-father, Robert S. Lilly and his sister-in-law, Elizabeth A. Pugh and brother-in-law, Charles J. Pugh, Jr.

Survivors include two daughters, Kim Randolph and husband, Jeff and Paula Lotts, of Waynesboro; sister, Barbara Clifton and husband, Earl of Staunton; sister-in-law, Patty Lotts of Staunton; two grandchildren, Candice Randolph and Joel Gillespie of Waynesboro and John Randolph and wife, Lori of Waynesboro and three great-grandchildren, Hunter, Ember and Willow Randolph.

The family would like to express a very special appreciation to Monroe Health and Rehabilitation for the loving care they provided to John “Johnny” and his family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, June 26, 2022, in the chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Dr., Fishersville, conducted by Pastor Lewis Knight.

The family will receive friends at other times at the home of Kim and Jeff Randolph, 1634 Madison St., Waynesboro.
