Jeffery Keith Moore

Jeffery Keith Moore, 59, of Waynesboro, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at his residence.  He was born January 23, 1963 in Waynesboro, son of Kenneth Lunsford  Moore and  Shirley Noretta (Walters) Moore of Waynesboro.

Jeff attended Stuarts Draft High School and was a Self-employed contractor.

Jeff enjoyed riding his Harley Davidsons, spending time at his lake house, cooking, grilling out and spending time with friends. He was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan.  For years he smoked turkeys for his friends and family’s Thanksgiving Dinners.  He had a big heart that was willing to help anyone in need and he especially always made sure his Mom and Dad were taken care of.  He was a man of many talents and will be missed by so many.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his daughter, Taylor Moore of Waynesboro; his step-daughter, Morgan Brydge of Lyndhurst; three step-grandchildren, Brantley Brydge, Kenla Almeda and Kylo Almeda; his sister, Sharon Nystrom of Stuarts Draft; his three brothers, Chuck Moore (Shelly) of Verona, Mike Moore (Millie) of Bedford and Robert Moore (Lori) of Waynesboro; special friends, M. C. and Tammy.  He also leaves behind his dog and “best friend”, Nala and his six nieces and seven nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

The family is being served by Charlton and Groome Funeral Home and Crematory, Fishersville.
