Jeannette (Brown) Ferrell

Jeannette B. Ferrell, 90, of Waynesboro, passed away, Monday, July 1, 2019 at Birch Gardens, Staunton.

She was born July 1, 1929 in Herndon, West Virginia, daughter of the late William L. Brown and Martha Lovett Brown.

Jeannette retired from DuPont in Waynesboro with 32 years of service and was a former member of First Presbyterian Church, Waynesboro.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, William “Bud” Ferrell, three nieces and one nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2019, in the Chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville, conducted by Pastor Gary McCoy.  Interment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12 Noon until 1 p.m., the hour of the service.
