Jane Lucas (Norcross) Kidd

Jane Lucas Kidd, 86, of Fishersville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 18, 2021 in Fishersville.

Jane was born on August 11, 1935 in Virginia to the late Hunter and Lucy Norcross.

Jane was retired from DuPont and a member of Fishersville United Methodist Church. She volunteered at Augusta Health and enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon G. Kidd, Jr.; sons, Robert E. Lucas, Jr. and Glenn Wayne Lucas; grandson, Aaron Johnson; brothers, Hugh, Ray and Stuart and a very special neighbor, Ann Parr.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Melinda Lucas Johnson and her husband, David; daughter-in-law, Lisa Lucas: grandchildren, Megan and her husband, Jacob, Emily and Robert Lucas, III and a very special friend, Deanna Lotts.

A graveside will be held 11:00am on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Augusta Memorial Park.
