Ingrid Hodge

Ingrid Hodge, 62, of Staunton, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at her home. She was born October1, 1962 in Staunton.

Ingrid was a 1980 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, Staunton and was employed with McKee Foods.  She enjoyed travelling and cruising.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Denise Beeson; her step-father Charles Leroy Stephenson and her brother-in-law, Doug Beeson.

Survivors include her sons, Eric Hodge and John Kinder of Staunton; her mother, Carolyn Propst Stephenson of Staunton: her father and step-mother, Russell “Jackie” Hodge and his wife, Martha of Churchville; her granddaughters, Isabella Hodge and Haven Madison; her brothers, Audie Hodge and his wife, Audra of Stuarts Draft and Merlin Stephenson of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and her step-brother, Stuart Hanks of Dobson, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, January 28, 2025, in the Chapel of the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Dr., Fishersville, conducted by Pastor Ray Eppard.  Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memory Gardens, Staunton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a local SPCA of your choice.
