Howard Blaine "HB" Sprinkle

Howard Blaine "HB" Sprinkle, 84, of Roseland, VA went to be with His Lord and Savior on January 9 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Robert S. Sprinkle and late Hattie Bowman Sprinkle of Roanoke, brother of the late Robert "Skip" Sprinkle (Lyn) of Richmond and brother of James Sprinkle (Sheila) of Texas. He is survived by his loving wife Cindy Rettig Sprinkle; son Christopher Bernier; daughter Amy Tolbert (Mike); five grandchildren:  Megan Hughes (Devin), Ethan Bernier, Abby Tolbert, Katie Tolbert and Macy Tolbert; one great-granddaughter, Skylar Hughes and multiple nieces and nephews.

Howard was Regimental Commander of the class of '59 at VMI and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He earned an M.S. and P.E. in Civil Engineering and spent his career in the construction industry.
His passion was studying Creation science to enhance his personal relationship with his Savior Jesus Christ.

In lieu of flowers, Howard would prefer donations to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

Memorial service is January 22, 2022 at 1:00 P. M. at Rockfish Baptist Church in Nellysford, VA.
