Helen Elizabeth (Duncan) Fields

Helen Elizabeth (Duncan) Fields, 80, of Fishersville, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 15, 2023. She was born to the late Leslie Burgess Duncan and Gertrude Mae Duncan on February 14, 1943.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James Arthur Fields, Jr.; her son, James Steven Fields and his wife, Tina; her daughter, Paula Fields Engleman; her siblings, Charlotte Duncan Farris and Jim Duncan; her grandchildren, Paige Alizabeth Engleman, Zachary Scott Engleman, their father Michal Engleman, Jessica Marie Laskow, Hannah Elise Fields, Olivia Rose Laskow and great-grandchildren, Emerie and Ella Engleman.

In life, Helen loved music, spending time with family and supporting Jim in his Masonic work.

A memorial service will be held at 11am, Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Waynesboro, 301 S Wayne Ave, Waynesboro, VA 22980, with the Rev. Dr. Jim White officiating.
