Everett Roscoe Cease Obituary
Everett Rosco Cease, 91, of Stuarts Draft, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at AMC in Fishersville.
He was born on March 31, 1929 in Augusta County, Virginia to the late William Bell Cease and the late Cora Jackson Cease.
He was a graduate of Augusta County Schools. He was employed as a forestry Technician and Stone One Mason from 1956 to 1985 and served in the US Army during the Korean War and was discharged on June 9, 1952.
He was a member of Valley Baptist Church and the VFW. He loved camping, hunting, hiking, fishing, dancing and music.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lee Coffey Cease and a daughter, Rebecca Lucas.
He is survived by a son, Elwood Randy Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Eric Fitzgerald, Dallas Fitzgerald and Chris Fitzgerald.
He also leaves to cherish his memory numerous nieces, nephews; special friends, Richard Peters, Frank Hall and his Hardee's Group.
A private graveside service will be held at Augusta Memorial Park.
