Clark "Scott" Sellers

Clark “Scott” Sellers, 69, recently of Staunton, VA, many years in SW Florida, but he always called Bainbridge, Georgia home; passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022 at his residence. He was born August 7, 1952 in Miami, Florida, son of the late A. C. Sellers and Claire Kolendo Sellers.

Scott was a salesman with Premiere Beverage in SW Florida and Hi-Style Outlet Clothing Stores in Bainbridge, Georgia.

Recently of local car show fame, with 79 trophies for his custom 2010 Camero that brought him such joy after losing his wife in 2017. 

Scott never met a stranger and he taught the value of a dollar, hard work, strength and perseverance. Those who know him will hopefully carry those lessons and his spirit with them. His goal has been to make the world a better place, one smile at a time; he’s done so. He said it best in his own words, “Today’s thought. Please understand this deeply, my dear friends: life is difficult, chaotic, stressful and unpredictable and when you’ve suffered heart break, depression, illness or rejection…and you continue to show up in life anyway, you are a hero. You are strong beyond your imagination…Honor being you every single day.” 

He has joined his loving wife, Barbara O’Donnell, forever shining star daughter, Candi, in addition to his mother and father.

Survivors include two sisters, Carolyn (Butch) Wallace and Linda Sellers both of South Carolina; his daughter, Kelli (Dennis) Lambert of Florida; his son, John (Daryl Lynn) Lichtenberg of Rhode Island; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; his dearest friends, Larry and Ester Perry of Virginia and many friends and family that love him and his positivity.

As per his wishes no services will be held at this time.  He will be cremated and reunited with his loving wife.
