Brayden Yates Stiltner

Brayden Yates Stiltner, 18, of Stuarts Draft, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 12, 2019, in Charlottesville.

Brayden was born on December 7, 2000 in Chesterfield, Virginia, to Michael Todd Stiltner and Stacy Leigh.

He was a Senior at Stuarts Draft High School with four years at Valley Career and Technical Center. He was trained in Diesel Mechanics and was employed for one year at Blue Beacon Truck Wash and four months at L E Wood Equipment Co.

Brayden was involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Waynesboro, for a short period of time. He loved fishing, mudding, anything with a gas or diesel engine, hunting, animals, tattoos, had a God given athletic ability, he loved helping others, giving hugs and had a smile that lit up a room.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Augusta County Community for the love and kindness expressed.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wayne Louis Myers.

He is survived by his father, Michael T. Stiltner and step-mother, Jennifer; his mother, Stacy Leigh and step-father, Danny Jacobs; his brother, Colton L. Stiltner of Blacksburg, VA.; his step-brothers, Austin Ritter, Cody Jacobs and wife, Danielle of Dallas, TX; his step-sisters, Mackenzie Ritter, Sarah Ritter and Haylee Jacobs of Stuarts Draft; his grandparents, Irwin and Linda McCumber and Ed  and Judy Stiltner; his aunts and uncles, Drew and Stephanie Burton, Trevor and Cindy Pruitt, Chris and Bobbie Fay Stiltner; cousins, Kaitlyn Long, Colin Burton, Conner Burton, Rusty Stiltner, Matt Stiltner, Abby and Dale Clodfelter and Blake Pruitt and his loving family dog and cat, Deuce and Mime.

A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Church on the Hill, 100 Foursquare Lane, Fishersville, VA 22939, conducted by Pastor Gene Grainger and Pastor Brandon Williams. To honor Brayden, please wear casual attire, boots, jeans, etc.

A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00 P.M. on August 24, 2019 at 232 Inch Run Lane, Lyndhurst, Virginia.
