Adan Loya

Adan Loya, 51, of Waynesboro, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in New Jersey.

He was born September 21, 1970 in El Guineo, Chihua hua, Mexico to the late Aristeo Loya Loya and the late Ponciana Rodriguez Chavira.

Adan was an Agriculturist and employed as a truck driver for Appalachian Freight Carriers. He enjoyed gardening, farming, carpentry and baseball.

Adan Loya was a kind and compassionate man who dedicated each day of his life to building a better life for his family and everyone around him. He was loved and adored by his wife and sons. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered. “until we meet again, we will always Love You.”

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Eva Loya Rodriguez and Baudelia Loya de Reyes and a brother, Manuel Esparza Rodriguez.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Lee Loya, of 25 years, married June 6, 1997; loving children, Carl Lee Martin Loya, “Boo Boo” age 25, Adan Daniel Martin Loya, “Danny” age 22, Jacob Aristeo Martin Loya, “Baby J” age 19 and Joseph Ponciano Martin Loya, “Chano” age 3, all of Waynesboro; siblings, Felicita Loya de Yanez, Martina Loya Rodriguez, Daniel Loya Rodriguez, Jesus Loya Rodriguez, Hilda Loya Rodriguez and Ramona Loya Rodriguez.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, June 13th and Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home in Fishersville and where a funeral service will be held 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in the Chapel.

Interment will follow at Augusta Memorial Park in Waynesboro.
