Philip Oliver Brooks

Philip Oliver Brooks, 88, of Waynesboro, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018, at Kings Daughters Community Health, Staunton.

Phil was a retired USPS Letter Carrier in Waynesboro.  He came to know the Lord through is friendship with Rejoicing Life Church.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Myers Brooks and his step-daughter, Patricia M. Kiblinger of Greensboro, North Carolina.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Rejoicing Life Church, 2857 Stuarts Draft Hwy, Stuarts Draft.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Rejoicing Life Church, P. O. Box 1142, Stuarts Draft, VA 24477.
