Lloyd Painter Obituary
Lloyd Berry Painter, 76, of Staunton passed away at home Thursday, April 12, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Lee Painter; his mother, Dorothy E. Painter; a son, Lloyd Berry Painter, Jr. and a brother, Boyd Burnett Painter.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Patricia A. Painter; two brothers Eugene T. Painter and wife Linda, Donald Lee Painter; a grandson, Lloyd Daniel Painter and special friend, Dawn Painter; sister-in-law, Hilda Painter; and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Lloyd is also survived by his dear friends, Harry Huff, Jim Bailey, and Terry Smith.
Lloyd attended New Hope elementary school and graduated from Wilson Memorial High School. He was the owner and operator of Central Barber Shop in Staunton for over 50 years.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
The family is being served by Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, Fishersville, Virginia.
