Kenneth Eugene Liptrap

Kenneth Eugene Liptrap, 57, of Stuarts Draft, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, at his home.  He was born March 14, 1961, at Waynesboro hospital, a son of the late Louie Liptrap, Sr. and Mildred Liptrap.  He was preceded in death by his son, Joe Eugene Liptrap; a brother, Louie (George) Liptrap, Jr. and a sister, Mazie Hunter.

Kenneth worked at NIBCO in Stuarts Draft for 37 years.  He was a jack-of-all trades but most of all a loving husband, father, pawpaw and a friend to many.  He liked to boat, ski and go camping and fishing with his family along with spending time with them.

Kenneth is survived his wife, Patricia (Dinkel); two sons, Daniel and wife, Madonna and Roy Lee; three grandsons, Garrett and Kadyn Liptrap and Jeffrey Billings; special daughter-in-law, Pam Liptrap; four sisters, Sheri McGhee, Doris and husband, Joey Lester, Diane and husband, Mitchell Wiseman and Martha Bunch; six brothers, Merritt Liptrap, Roxy and Jane Liptrap, David and wife, Donna Liptrap, Cecil and wife, Freda Liptrap, James and wife, Tonya Liptrap, Matthew and wife, Una Liptrap; a very special extended family member, Barbara McGuire; a number of nieces and nephews and a very special nephew, Andrew Dean Liptrap.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M., Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville.

A Graveside Service will be held 3:00 P.M., Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Stuarts Draft Christian Fellowship Cemetery, 216 Howardsville Turnpike, Stuarts Draft, conducted by Pastor Earl Monroe and Pastor Billy Coffey.
