Elizabeth Jane (Riddle) Via

Elizabeth Jane Via, 72, of Waynesboro, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at her home.

She was born May 4, 1945, the daughter of the late Earl M. and Stella Jane Riddle.

Elizabeth was a wonderful wife and mother. She was a very active member of Waynesboro Wesleyan Church as the Treasurer and a Sunday School Teacher.

In additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Riddle; sister-in-law, Kristy Riddle and a grandson, Joshua Faulhaber.

She is survived by her loving husband, Wayne G. Via; four daughters, Lori Brooks (Roger) of Mineral, Lisa Faulhaber (Greg) of Cadiz, Kentucky, Marie Hughes (John) of Tipp City, Ohio and Michelle Truslow (Chris) of Fishersville; three brothers, Earl Allen Riddle of Waynesboro, Melvin Dale Riddle (Mary) of Lyndhurst and Paul Layton Riddle of New Castle, Indiana; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christa, Natalie and Marshall, Joy and Jordan, Wayne and Tommy and Gabriel; eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville, VA 22939 and where a funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in the chapel.

Interment will follow at Augusta Memorial Park.
