Ammal Y. Hameidan, 39, of Staunton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019. She was born October 21, 1979 in Paterson, New Jersey
She was a graduate of Lee High School and had attended Shelburne Middle School and Bessie Weller Elementary School. Ammal was a waitress and had worked at Ruby Tuesday in Lexington, Outback in Waynesboro and the Texas Steakhouse in Staunton.
She is survived by her daughter, Nafarah Hameidan of Staunton; her mother and dad, Corinne Whorley and Samuel Lee Whorley of Crimora; her father, Yousef M. Hameidan; her brother, Joey Hameidan of Staunton; grandmother Arlene Stepka of Staunton and her nephew, Conor Hameidan.
