Tony M. Blackwell

Tony Blackwell, 57 of Waynesboro, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 2, 2018.

He was born on October 13, 1960 in Waynesboro to the late Newt and Helen Blackwell.

He served in the Navy.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Sharon Kestner, Vicky Lynn Vance and Adam Blackwell.

He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Wheeler and her children, Mackenzie, Savannah and Jase; a son, Anthony Blackwell and his mother, Brenda Harris; siblings, Tinker Blackwell, Binky Stevens and Timmy Blackwell; nieces, Marsha Felici Michael, Lauren Kestner, Heidi Atkinson, Nevaeh Blackwell, Jessica Vance, Teresa Davis, and Ashley Goings; nephews, Jeremy Stevens, T. J. Blackwell and an aunt, Nettie Miracle.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville, VA 22939 or any time at 1827 Harvard Road, Waynesboro.

A graveside service will be held 11:00am on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Augusta Memorial Park.
