Stella C. Branch

Stella Christine Branch, 88, of Fishersville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in Dillwyn.

She was born August 1, 1927 in Buckingham County to the late Willie L. Branch and the late Annie Taylor Branch.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Randolph Branch and her daughters, Shelby and Rachel and a sister, Leslie.

She is survived by her son, Scott Branch and his wife, Melinda; grandchildren, Randy, Roy, Heath, Barbie, Rachel, Christy, Dale and Deborah; 14 great grandchildren; sisters, Nanni, Georgie, Becky, Lucille and Brenda; brothers, Willie Jr., James and John, and a special brother-in-law, Herbert.

She was a charter member of the Good Shephard Church of the Nazerane where she was very active. She retired from Kenbridge and worked with the District Home after retirement. She loved doing crafts and going to yard sales. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville, VA 22939 and other times at the home of Georgie.

A funeral service will be held 12:30 pm on November 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Charles Perkins and Rev. Craig Horton.

Interment will follow at Augusta Memorial Park.
