Shirley's friends and associates of The Virginia Chapter of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) are saddened at her passing. Her years of service in her professional association had a positive impact on the well-being of health care in Virginia. Everyone can be thankful and proud of her contributions during that part of her life. May the peace of the Lord be always with you.

Shirley worked for me for a brief time, and during that period 50 years ago, she introduced me to one of her closest High School friends. Thanks to her, Dianne and I have been happily married 49 years. Sincere sympathy and prayers go out to her family.
