Phillip James "PJ" Allen

Phillip James “PJ” Allen, 43, of Waynesboro, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015.  He was born in Waynesboro on December 19, 1971.

Phillip was an artist and he loved to travel.

He was preceded in death by his father, Phil Allen and his sister, Crystal Allen.

He is survived by his wife, Kumiko Allen and his son, Justice Allen, of the home; his mother, Sharon Day of Lyndhurst; his sister, Cassie Thompson of Waynesboro; his grandparents, Frank and Jane Allen of Waynesboro and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville.

Phillip was an animal lover, so the family suggests that friends consider contributions to an animal shelter of their choice, in his memory.
