Joyce Jarvis Owens

Joyce Jarvis Owens, 73, of Waynesboro, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at her home.

She was born in Augusta County, April 16, 1944 to the late John Monroe Owens and Mary Fisher.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Joyce is survived her husband, William Owens; two sons, Eugene L. Breen and Anthony Glenn Breen; one daughter, Tammy Breen Tihanyi; one sister, Shirley Carter Shifflett and two grandsons, Steven E. and John T. Tihanyi.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Augusta Memorial Park, Waynesboro, Pastor Allen George officiating.
