Jane Deloris Blakey

Jane Deloris Blakey, 63 of Waynesboro went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 22, 2016. She was born July 17, 1953 in Waynesboro to the late Simuel Lee Sandridge and Margaret S. Turner.

In addition to her parents she was preceded by her brothers, Donnie Smith, Marshall Sandridge, and David Wayne Turner: step-brother, Johnnie Turner and a sister, Margie Howard.

She is leaving behind her beloved dog, “Joy”.

She is survived by her step-mother, Angela Green; her siblings, Sandra (Linda) Sandridge, Lisa L. Sandridge, Joyce Sandridge, Susie Sandridge, Brenda Johnson, Judy (Marvin) Mills, Wanda Turner, Betty Carter and Deanna Salisbury; brothers, Roger(Janet) Turner, Bobby Lee (Melissa) Sandridge, James Sandridge, Larry (Vivian) Greene; numerous nieces, nephews and beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, 619 Lifecore Drive, Fishersville, VA 22939 and where a funeral service will be held 11:00 am in the chapel conducted by Pastor Henry Banks and Pastor Mark Stallings.
