Gayle E. Beard

Gayle E. Beard, 79, of Stuarts Draft, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017 in Stuarts Draft, surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 9, 1937 in Nelson Co. to the late Alton and Nellie Lewis.

She was retired from O Kaye Amusements.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Moon” Beard and a granddaughter, Olivia Nicole Moore.

She is survived by her children, Edwin Cool, II and his wife, Debbie and Jody Warwick and her husband, Scott; granddaughters, Stacy Moses and Grace Moore and her boyfriend, Devon Souza; grandson, Edwin Cool, III; brothers, Wayne, Merle and Garry Lewis; sisters, Linda Chaffins and Betty Wampler; great-grandchildren, Alexis Cool, Nashya Wood, Davaeh Moses, Jacy Moses and Emalynn Souza; her special friends, Doris Baily and Kathy Colley.

A heart felt thank you to Dr. Chris Heck and Legacy Hospice.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
