Frances Gail Shuey

Frances Gail Shuey, 59, of Fishersville, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017, at her daughter’s residence. She was born October 7, 1957, in Charlottesville, to Jack and Faye Woodson. Frances worked as a Homemaker and supplied for her family. She loved her children and grandchildren very much and a very special Friend, Melvin Pace. She is preceded in death by her Father, Jack Woodson. She is survived by her daughter, Hannah Craft of Fishersville; one son, Roy Craft and wife Tara of Covington; her mother, Faye Matheny Truslow; her Step-Father, Alvin Truslow; one brother, Kenny Woodson of Verona; a sister, Doris Welch of Waynesboro; five grandchildren, Julie and Jamie Craft-Beatty, Katie, Grant and Lexias Craft and a very special friend, Peggy Goss. Memorial service will be Friday, March 17, 2017 at 7:00 PM, 332 Dinwiddie Ave. Waynesboro, Virginia. Rev. George Lambert will be officiating. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of the Shenandoah C/O Augusta Health Foundation P.O. Box 1000 Fishersville, Virginia 22939. The family would like to say a special thanks to the Hospice of the Shenandoah for all their kindness and support during this difficult time.
