Dale Carson "Buck" Puffenbarger, Sr.

Dale Carson “Buck” Puffenbarger, Sr., 74, of Waynesboro, VA, passed away at his home on Monday, April 10, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Buck is survived by two daughters, Nancy Jean Hoffman and Donna Lynn Bowers; one son, Dale Carson Puffenbarger, Jr.; one sister, Vickie Losh; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Puffenbarger; his father, Andrew Jackson Smith and his mother, Mary Rella Puffenbarger Smith and one brother, Norval Jake Puffenbarger. 

The family would like to extend their appreciation to his surrounding neighbors for the care and kindnesses shown over the years. There will be no formal public services.
